Everspin Announces Commercial Availability of Its EMxxLX STT-MRAM Devices

Chandler, Arizona. – (work wire) – Everspin Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:MRAM), the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of anti-magnetic fixed memory (MRAM) solutions, today announced its latest high-density STT-MRAM family of products, the EMxxLX, now available commercially. EMxxLX technology, announced earlier this year, is the highest performing fixed memory available today. It is ideal for use in electronic systems where data persistence and integrity, low power, low latency, and security are critical, such as industrial Internet of Things, network/enterprise infrastructure, process automation and control, aviation/avionics, medical, gaming, and FPGA configurations.

EMxxLX offers the industry’s first xSPI serial interface based on Everspin’s unique STT-MRAM technology. It is the only commercially available permanent memory with a full read and write bandwidth of 400MB/s over eight input/output signals with a clock frequency of 200MHz. The range of low-power devices offers the highest combination of performance, endurance, and retention available and is offered in densities ranging from 8 to 64 Mbit. The EMxxLX family can replace alternate solutions, such as SRAM, BBSRAM, FRAM, NVSRAM and NOR flash devices.
