Home Credit brings home the power of gaming in Iloilo at UNICON 2022 – Manila Bulletin

Home Credit Philippines has partnered with ILO Esports, the only government-backed esports organization in the Philippines, for the United Iloilo Convention (UNICON 2022) – a gathering of electronic games, toys and cosplay enthusiasts in Western Visayas from October 29-30, 2022 In SM City Iloilo Cyberzone.

Yuncon 2022 featured a wide range of activities, including a gaming convention, a costume show, and an electronic gaming competition. Home Credit also created an immersive and experiential experience where Ilonggos tested the best gadgets, played electronic games with a live game feed on a huge LED screen, and tried out an Instagram augmented reality filter.

Through its #PlayLikeAPro campaign, Home Credit has been able to showcase the very best smartphones, PCs, and gaming laptops that can be purchased through partner merchants in Iloilo City, such as Gadget Headz and Concept Computer Store.

UNICON 2022 was a weekend-long event that combined esports fever, with activities like art exhibitions, magic, and video game duels like Tekken. A Yu-Gi-Oh! An event, the Cosplay Parade, and the tournament took place during the second day of the event.
